An immense point of friction is verifying the businesses involved in these transactions in order to meet regulatory and AML requirements (KYB), but also to prevent fraud. This process is almost entirely manual, flawed, and nuanced per country, making it near impossible to train ops teams in multiple languages, regional laws, and fraud tactics.
